missingWrote a review on Jan 09clean amenitiesenjoyable poolrushed check-intiming of serviceslimited availability
The clean, enjoyable amenities, especially the pool area, stand out as highlights. However, the check-in process at 4 PM coincides with many facilities closing, creating a rushed experience that diminishes the value for money spent. The room was well-kept, but the overall timing of services could be better coordinated.

This resort suits me perfectly with its outdoor heated pool, kids club, and 24-hour reception. I'll never forget how the staff helped me with a wake-up call during my first stay. Definitely recommend it for families!

The resort features immaculate grounds and friendly staff, making it feel luxurious. However, issues with the cleanliness of the pools and a high price for average dining options left room for improvement.

We enjoyed two one-night stays at this hotel as a stop between San Diego and Sedona. The property has a lot of family-friendly activities, especially for the kids. Tia Carmens, the on-site restaurant, impressed us with both its food and ambiance during both visits. The staff were friendly, always willing to help, which added to our experience. the breakfast was cold and not cooked to our preference. The delivery guy was rude, which was disappointing. On the second day, our room wasn’t as fresh as we’d hoped. it smelled bad and the AC wasn’t turned on before our arrival. Overall, there were lovely moments but some service aspects missed the mark.

I enjoyed my stay with lovely landscapes and spacious, well-furnished rooms. The large pools and great dining options were also positives. However, the hot tub was unclean, and there were limited dining choices for children, which was inconvenient during our visit. Still, it's a great spot for families looking for relaxation.

The staff was amazing! They were always friendly and made sure we had everything we needed by the pool. I remember one of the bartenders even remembered my drink order by the second day, which was a nice touch.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it felt worth it.

The staff treated us like royalty, almost as if we were family members at a long-lost reunion. The food options were nothing short of spectacular. every meal was a gourmet adventure that danced on the taste buds.
